I Find the Revenue Leak Costing You the Most, and Show You the Math.

I work with seed B2B SaaS and fintech founders, raising or not, on one question: which part of the revenue engine to fix first, and what it costs to leave it alone.

My background is 14 years across enterprise sales, product and go-to-market (GTM). That includes growing revenue inside SaaS startups, and founding a B2B SaaS company where I ran discovery, sales and retention myself. Having built a company, I know the difference between a number that looks good and one that holds up when someone checks it. I would rather tell a founder early than have an investor find it in the data room.

I run engagements through 4Sight Advisory, the practice I founded.

The Method

The Revenue Architecture Review takes three weeks. It measures six growth levers and an AI lens against published benchmarks, finds the biggest leak, then tests the numbers with customer interviews.
