Who Is Responsible
Rohit Rohinkar, trading as 4Sight Advisory. Contact: solutions@rohitrohinkar.com.
What Is Collected
Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, an ARR range and, for teardown requests, your company website. If you book a call, cal.com collects the booking details you enter there.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, prepare for a call you book, and, if you asked for one, write your teardown. The legal basis is your request (steps before a possible contract) and legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
Where It Is Stored
Form entries are stored in Airtable. The site is served by Cloudflare. Bookings are handled by cal.com. Each of these providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.
The pages also call outside services. Every page loads the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts, and the home page loads the company logos from Brandfetch, a logo service, so Google and Brandfetch receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads. After you send the contact form, the booking calendar from cal.com loads in the page, and the Book a Call buttons take you to cal.com. A spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) is built into the form but switched off today; if it is switched on, it runs when the contact page opens.
How Long
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing solutions@rohitrohinkar.com. I reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Marketing
Submitting the form does not sign you up to anything. You will only receive the reply to your enquiry.
